DELIVERY POLICY

This shipping policy applies only to purchases made from Quinton Baby.

We deliver in 2-5 working business days. Due to our short processing time, we cannot make any changes once you have placed your order. You will receive an email confirmation once we process your order. We will email you the tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Please contact us at sales@quintonbaby.com.my for international shipping, and we will advise the shipping time accordingly.

SHIPPING SERVICE

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels. The customer should be responsible for any tax fee.

A signature is required for all deliveries, regardless of any waivers you may have with the shipping company. The person listed on the invoice must sign for receipt of the package. We make all deliveries on weekdays, Monday to Friday.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping coverage within West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, you can enjoy low-cost shipping with our designated courier. Please note that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. Currently, our shipping services are restricted to Malaysia addresses only. Once the parcel is given to our courier, we can’t control the delivery service anymore. Exceptional circumstances like bad weather can cause courier delays in delivery. Festive seasons may also impact parcel delivery times.

If undelivered, the courier will contact you for another delivery attempt and may leave a notice for self-pickup. If the courier can’t deliver after two tries, your package will be returned to Quinton. You can then pick it up from our warehouse. Any additional delivery attempts will require an extra payment.

Please keep track of your parcel using the tracking number provided in your email. If a package is lost based on tracking information, please contact Quinton Baby (M) Sdn. Bhd. immediately for investigation and clarification.
