Delivery Policy
This shipping policy is only applicable for purchases made from www.quintonbaby.com.my
Delivery is 2-5 working business days. Due to our short processing time we will not be able to make any changes once your order has been placed. Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation. You will be emailed tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
For international shipping, please contact us at sales@quintonbaby.com.my and shipping time will be advised accordingly.
Shipping Service
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels. Customer should be responsible for any tax fee.
A signature is required for all deliveries, regardless of any waivers you may have with the shipping company. The person listed on the invoice is required to sign for receipt of the package. All deliveries are made on weekdays, Monday to Friday.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping cover with west Malaysia. For east Malaysia, you can enjoy low cost shipping with our designated courier. In addition, we shall not be liable for any damage or loss occurred during shipping. Shipping is currently restricted to Malaysia addresses only.
Quinton Baby (M) Sdn. Bhd. has no control over the delivery service once the parcel is handed over to our panel courier company. Exceptional circumstances beyond control such as bad weather, festive seasons or courier delays may result in the courier company taking a longer time to deliver your parcel.
If orders are undelivered during the first try, the courier service will contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt or they may leave a standard delivery notice at your address to enable you to “self-pick up” from their office.
In the event the courier company failed to deliver after TWO attempts, the parcel will be returned to Quinton, and you may collect it from our warehouse. However, if you require additional delivery after that, another round of courier fees will have to be charged.
Please keep track of your parcel using the tracking number provided in your email. In the case of parcel mislocated (as shown on tracking details), we urge customers to contact Quinton Baby (M) Sdn. Bhd. immediately for investigation and clarifications.
