Return/Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund:

  • We apologize that changes and cancellation can only be made to orders that have not been delivered.
  • Any refund on the order will be processed and completed approximately between 3 to 4 working weeks. Hence, it may not be reflected immediately on your up-coming card statement.
  • If you have received the product we apologize that we have no refund policy unless the products / parcels delivered are damaged


Exchange Policy

  • We will take our best effort to check and ensure all products are in good condition prior to the delivery. In the event that you have received your purchase in a less than satisfactory condition, please kindly contact us within 12 working hours to arrange for an exchange.
  • Returns must be in its original packaging and not worn, washed, altered or used.
