SAFE CAR SEAT PROGRAM REGULATIONS
1. General Provisions
Organizer: The “SAFE CAR SEAT PROGRAM” is organized by Quinton Baby (M) Sdn Bhd, located at No 18, Jalan Casuarina, Pusat Perniagaan Casuarina, 72100 Bahau, Negeri Sembilan.
Program Duration and Scope: The program runs from 1 March 2019 until further notice.
Eligible Products: All child seat models offered by Quinton Baby, purchased within Malaysia and within 3 years of purchase.
Program Objective: To promote Quinton brand products.
Program Benefits: Participants can return a car seat involved in an accident and receive a new one, provided all conditions are met.
2. Participation Requirements
Participation is voluntary and subject to these regulations.
To receive a replacement seat, participants must ensure:
- The car seat was correctly installed during the accident.
- The child’s age, height, and weight align with the seat’s intended use.
- Registration in the Program occurs within 30 days of the accident.
- Submission of required documents:
– Proof of purchase.
– A police report or insurer’s report.
– Photographic evidence of the accident and car seat.
3. Application Review
The Organizer will review applications within 7 days of receipt and inform participants of the decision via email.
4. Replacement Process
Participants must return the damaged car seat before receiving a replacement. The Organizer will dispose of the returned seat and provide a replacement of the same model and color (or the closest option) at no cost. No cash alternatives are available.
5. Complaints
Participants must submit complaints in writing to the provided address or via email. The Organizer will address complaints within 14 days.
6. Personal Data
The Organizer will manage personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and only store it as long as legally necessary.
7. Final Provisions
Applicable laws govern matters not covered by these regulations. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or terminate the program with 14 days’ notice.
The SAFE CAR SEAT PROGRAM regulations are effective as of 1 March 2019.
