TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY Version 1.1.2020

Transitioning to the specifics, our warranty coverage spans across all Quinton Baby products, safeguarding against any manufacturing defects. Moreover, our commitment extends beyond mere promises, as we strive to provide tangible assurance through our comprehensive warranty conditions. 1. Register Your Purchase

Register your purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase at www.quintonbaby.com.my/warrantyregistration/. Please note the following:

  • Products not registered per the terms and conditions herein, without valid proof of purchase, shall be deemed outside the cover of this warranty.
  • A digital copy of proof of purchase (receipt) must be uploaded to support the product purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage

We cover all hardware, including high chairs and car seats, under the following warranty periods:

  • 12 Months Warranty: Applies to the Baby Chair Series, safeguarding against defects in materials and workmanship, contingent upon the completion of online warranty registration.
  • 36 Months Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects exclusively for the Baby Car Seat, contingent upon the completion of online warranty registration.

This warranty applies solely to products from the Quinton Car Seat Series and Quinton Baby Chair Series purchased in Malaysia from Quinton Baby Malaysia and/or authorized retailers.

3. Authorized Distributor and Registration

The local authorized distributor in the country where the product is purchased recognizes the warranty coverage for the first user and his/her children. For purchases in Malaysia, please note the following:

4. Exclusions

  • Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, accidents, incorrect or inappropriate usage, casualties, and carelessness.
  • Cosmetic Issues: Fading or scratches from normal wear, personal dissatisfaction, and repairs by a third party.

Furthermore, the only remedy available under this warranty will be the replacement of the defective part. However, Quinton is unable to refund or exchange damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, or normal tear and incorrect assembly.

5. Validation and Presentation

  • Final Validation: Quinton Baby (M) Sdn Bhd, the local authorized distributor, conducts final validation upon receipt of the warranty claim request.
  • Invoice Presentation: Original valid invoice must be presented during the warranty claim request.

6. Warranty Provision Period

  • Validity: Applies only to new stock.
  • Exceptions: Warranty coverage may vary for floor displays, open units, or items received through a lucky draw

7. Charges and Collection

  • Service Charges: Charges may apply for services falling outside the warranty coverage.
  • Product Collection: Products must be collected within three (3) months from the date of notification following servicing or inspections. Additionally, we retain the right to decline service if the product is considered obsolete or no longer deemed serviceable or replaceable for any reason.

8. Modifications and Changes

  • Reserve Right: Quinton reserves the right to vary, modify, or change the terms and conditions herein.
  • Reasons: Changes may occur due to availability of services, products, spare parts, or compliance with regulations.

9. Return Procedure

  • Return Address: Products must be returned to the Customer Service Center located at PT 11, Jalan Mahsan, Taman Industri Mahsan, 72100 Bahau, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
  • Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (excluding public holidays).

10. Shipping Responsibility

  • Owner Responsibility: The owner is responsible for shipping the product and covering the costs.

  • A consumer has legal rights under consumer laws, which may differ by country. These rights are separate from any rights mentioned here.
  • It’s crucial to read and follow both the instructions provided here and the instruction manual that comes with your product for safe usage and to fully benefit from the warranty.
